🛡️ Zero Cloud Storage Rule: Rutino is a 100% offline, privacy-first mobile ecosystem. We do not use servers, cloud databases, or remote trackers. Your personal configuration and habit analytics never leave your physical device.

Because Rutino operates entirely locally, we do not require any registration, email login, or profile setup to function. Consequently:

No Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or structural identities.
No Tracking Analytics: We do not integrate heavy third-party behavioral trackers or tracking scripts that monitor your user journey.

2. Device Hardware Permissions Used

To deliver advanced automated wellness features completely offline, Rutino utilizes native device architecture handles with explicit user consent:

Physical Activity / Pedometer Sensor: Used exclusively to stream live active steps, calculate delta distance, and track active calories locally inside your active dashboard.
Device Inactivity & Usage Access (UsageStatsManager): Used to measure total daily device screen runtime to prevent phone addiction (Digital Detox feature) and mathematically analyze screen lock states to estimate safe sleep recovery windows.
High-Priority Alerts & Full-Screen Intent: Used to bypass silent modes for critical automated user habits like bedtime countdown reminders and morning focus synchronization.

3. Data Storage & Lightweight Cleanup Window

All data processed by the application is securely stored inside an encrypted local local NoSQL storage instance (Hive database architecture) on your device memory partition. To maintain high system performance and prevent local space accumulation, Rutino leverages a rolling 7-day storage window, meaning historical entry dumps overwrite themselves automatically to protect local storage capacity.

4. Third-Party Services

Our app does not display targeted advertising and does not share any analytical data vectors with third parties. Your data cannot be sold, rented, or distributed under any circumstances because it remains completely inaccessible to us.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to align with native OS security adjustments. Any changes are effective immediately upon app version updates on the Google Play Store.
